Window Wisdom: Your Questions, Clearly Answered

Q: Do you clean residential windows? A: No, we specialize exclusively in commercial window cleaning to ensure we provide the best possible service for business properties.

Q: Can you remove all types of water spots? A: We offer both a 1-step process for light water spotting and a 2-step process for heavy water spotting. While most water spots can be removed, in rare cases of extreme damage, complete restoration may not be possible. We'll assess your windows and provide honest recommendations.

Q: How often should I have my commercial windows cleaned? A: The frequency depends on your location and environment. Generally, we recommend quarterly cleaning for most businesses, but high-traffic areas or properties in dusty locations may benefit from monthly service.

Q: What's the benefit of your glass sealing service? A: Our glass sealing service fills the microscopic pores in the glass, making it more resistant to water spots and easier to clean in the future. This can lead to longer-lasting cleanliness and potentially reduce the frequency of needed cleanings.
